e acompanhamento do cumprimento das metas de governo relacionadas \u00e0 sua secretaria; gest\u00e3o das atividades de administra\u00e7\u00e3o em geral; examinar e despachar processos protocolados na prefeitura, acompanhando a sua tramita\u00e7\u00e3o legal; catalogar, selecionar e arquivar documentos do interesse da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e da popula\u00e7\u00e3o em geral, devendo, tamb\u00e9m, organizar e manter o arquivo p\u00fablico municipal. \u00c9 atribu\u00eddo, ainda, participar de reuni\u00f5es administrativas, encarregando-se da lavratura das respectivas atas; administrar, coordenar e determinar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos e planos de trabalho visando fomentar o recebimento pelo munic\u00edpio de recursos diversos, principalmente financeiro, destinados \u00e0 melhoria da qualidade de vida do povo do munic\u00edpio; dever\u00e1, tamb\u00e9m, administrar, coordenar e determinar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das presta\u00e7\u00f5es de contas desses recursos junto aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os concedentes, na forma legal e no tempo h\u00e1bil, al\u00e9m de todas as atividades e procedimentos dos servi\u00e7os de licita\u00e7\u00f5es e contratos, observando a
