equil\u00edbrio or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio; o empenho, a liquida\u00e7\u00e3o e o pagamento de despesas; tomada de contas dos respons\u00e1veis por adiantamentos; a administra\u00e7\u00e3o de processo decis\u00f3rio governamental com dados relativos a custos e desempenho financeiro; inspe\u00e7\u00e3o do processo de lan\u00e7amento de tributos; a movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o das contas banc\u00e1rias da Prefeitura; elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do calend\u00e1rio de pagamentos; fixa\u00e7\u00e3o e altera\u00e7\u00e3o dos limites fiscais; o conhecimento di\u00e1rio do movimento econ\u00f4mico e financeiro; o
