tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"false\"><p align=\"justify\"><strong>A Secretaria de Esportes e Lazer<\/strong> ter\u00e1 as seguintes compet\u00eancias: formular e executar a pol\u00edtica esportiva do Munic\u00edpio em suas diferentes modalidades; incentivar as pr\u00e1ticas de lazer e de esportes para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o, contribuindo com a melhoria da qualidade de vida; Incentivar a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7os e instala\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas ao exerc\u00edcio de pr\u00e1ticas desportivas; Estimular parcerias p\u00fablico-privadas, para fortalecimento da pr\u00e1tica do esporte; Planejar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de torneios, olimp\u00edadas e maratonas, com o objetivo de divulgar a atratividade municipal, aliado \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica do esporte;\u00a0 coordenar, gerir, incentivar, promover o esporte profissional e amador e suas \u00e1reas afins, procurando desta maneira viabilizar amplo desenvolvimento das manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es esportivas no Munic\u00edpio; promover a representatividade do Munic\u00edpio em eventos desportivos estaduais, nacionais e internacionais; realizar e desenvolver eventos esportivos em suas diferentes modalidades; sediar eventos esportivos; incentivar atrav\u00e9s de a\u00e7\u00f5es, o esporte como pressuposto de sa\u00fade e vitalidade \u00e0s diferentes faixas et\u00e1rias; implantar projetos para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de atletas amadores do Munic\u00edpio e praticantes de atividades f\u00edsicas nos programas desenvolvidos pela Secretaria; manter e adequar a infraestrutura dos locais para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades esportivas e demais servi\u00e7os prestados \u00e0 comunidade, no \u00e2mbito da Secretaria; intermediar conv\u00eanios, acordos, ajustes, termos de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica e\/ou financeira ou instrumentos cong\u00eaneres, com entidades privadas sem fins lucrativos e \u00f3rg\u00e3os da administra\u00e7\u00e3o direta e indireta da Uni\u00e3o, Estados e outros Munic\u00edpios; executar programas, projetos e a\u00e7\u00f5es em defesa da inf\u00e2ncia e juventude; desenvolver a\u00e7\u00f5es integradas com outras Secretarias Municipais; exercer o controle or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio no \u00e2mbito da secretaria; planejar o calend\u00e1rio das atividades esportivas anuais, no \u00e2mbito da Secretaria e executar outras
