align=\"justify\">\u00c9 um processo administrativo que tem o objetivo de trazer o im\u00f3vel para a guarda do Direito. Isso garante que aquelas \u00e1reas urbanas consideradas informais sejam regularizadas com os nomes de seus respectivos moradores. Promover a habita\u00e7\u00e3o de interesse social do munic\u00edpio de Vit\u00f3ria de Santo Ant\u00e3o, mediante a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de moradias, em especial para as classes menos favorecidas; Incentivar \u00e0 melhoria da qualidade e ao aumento da produtividade no setor da habita\u00e7\u00e3o, promover estudos dos problemas de habita\u00e7\u00e3o popular e executar programas de constru\u00e7\u00e3o de unidades habitacionais, para a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do d\u00e9ficit habitacional do munic\u00edpio, em especial para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o menos favorecida.<\/p><p align=\"justify\"><b>A Ag\u00eancia de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o e Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria tem por atribui\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Formular, executar e avaliar a Pol\u00edtica Municipal de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o e Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria;<\/li><li>Formular, implantar e gerenciar programas e projetos de acesso \u00e0 Habita\u00e7\u00e3o de Interesse Social;<\/li><li>\u00a0Promover o reassentamento de fam\u00edlias residentes em \u00e1reas de risco e de prote\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, atrav\u00e9s da provis\u00e3o de alternativas habitacionais;<\/li><li>Promover a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de conv\u00eanios com os Governos Estadual e Federal a fim de viabilizar a capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos para financiamento de projetos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou melhoramento de moradias, amplia\u00e7\u00e3o de redes de saneamento b\u00e1sico e equipamentos urbanos complement\u00e1rios necess\u00e1rios para melhorar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de moradia da popula\u00e7\u00e3o de baixa renda;<\/li><li>Formular, coordenar, executar e avaliar planos, programas e projetos que visem o acesso \u00e0 terra e \u00e0 moradia digna aos habitantes do Munic\u00edpio de vit\u00f3ria de Santo Ant\u00e3o, com a melhoria das condi\u00e7\u00f5es habitacionais, de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos espa\u00e7os urbanos, priorizando as fam\u00edlias de baixa renda.<\/li><\/ul><p align=\"justify\">Atualmente a Ag\u00eancia de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o, encontra-se em andamento no processo do Governo Federal, Casa Verde e Amarela. No qual o bairro de Concei\u00e7\u00e3o 1 e 2 foram contemplados mediante o processo seletivo, para fins regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria, o programa re\u00fane iniciativas habitacionais do governo federal para ampliar o estoque de moradias e atender as necessidades habitacionais da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.
